100% Cotton Jean-Cord (Cord-Stripe) Fabric
The shirt is constructed from medium-weight 100% cotton jean-cord, or cord-stripe, fabric. White yarns are woven vertically into the cloth and appear intermittently on the surface as closely spaced, dot-like broken segments, forming delicate vertical stripes. The stripe pattern is not printed onto the surface but is created through the woven structure of the fabric itself.
The surface of the cloth also displays natural waviness and wrinkling that originate from its woven construction. While the finely arranged vertical stripes give the fabric a clean and orderly appearance, this subtle waviness and natural creasing soften that precision and bring out the casual, unpretentious character associated with traditional cotton workwear.
The fabric is medium in weight, neither especially thin nor excessively heavy. One-Wash Finish
The garment is given a one-wash finish during the final production stage. This treatment gently relaxes the fabric's initial firmness while retaining an appropriate degree of body, resulting in a supple hand that allow the shirt to conform more comfortably to the body from the beginning of wear.
Because the garment is washed once during production, significant shrinkage after subsequent laundering is reduced compared with an unwashed garment. However, slight additional shrinkage may still occur depending on the washing and drying methods used.
With repeated wear and laundering, the cotton fabric will gradually soften further. The natural waviness and wrinkling derived from the woven construction, together with the understated character of the cotton itself, will gradually develop a more broken-in appearance and conform more naturally to the wearer's body over time.
Standard Point Collar with Separate Collar Stand
The neckline is finished with a standard point collar attached to a separate collar stand. The collar tapers naturally toward the points, creating a classic shape, while the separate collar stand supports the collar itself and provides moderate dimensional structure and stability around the neckline.
Unlike an open-collar construction intended primarily to be worn spread away from the neck, this traditional work-shirt configuration allows the front to be buttoned completely to the top. Fastening the first button keeps the collar shape orderly and gives the neckline a more refined appearance. Leaving the first button open creates a natural opening around the neck and gives the shirt a more relaxed expression suitable for everyday casual wear.
Six-Button Full Front
The shirt uses a button-fastened full-front construction that opens completely, providing straightforward and convenient dressing for everyday wear.
The two front edges are constructed differently. The left front panel incorporates a separately cut self-fabric placket that is doubled and sewn onto the body. 100% Cotton Jean-Cord (Cord-Stripe) Fabric
The shirt is constructed from medium-weight 100% cotton jean-cord, or cord-stripe, fabric. White yarns are woven vertically into the cloth and appear intermittently on the surface as closely spaced, dot-like broken segments, forming delicate vertical stripes. The stripe pattern is not printed onto the surface but is created through the woven structure of the fabric itself.
The surface of the cloth also displays natural waviness and wrinkling that originate from its woven construction. While the finely arranged vertical stripes give the fabric a clean and orderly appearance, this subtle waviness and natural creasing soften that precision and bring out the casual, unpretentious character associated with traditional cotton workwear.
The fabric is medium in weight, neither especially thin nor excessively heavy. Because the garment is washed once during production, significant shrinkage after subsequent laundering is reduced compared with an unwashed garment. However, slight additional shrinkage may still occur depending on the washing and drying methods used.

Standard Point Collar with Separate Collar Stand
The neckline is finished with a standard point collar attached to a separate collar stand. The collar tapers naturally toward the points, creating a classic shape, while the separate collar stand supports the collar itself and provides moderate dimensional structure and stability around the neckline.
Unlike an open-collar construction intended primarily to be worn spread away from the neck, this traditional work-shirt configuration allows the front to be buttoned completely to the top. Fastening the first button keeps the collar shape orderly and gives the neckline a more refined appearance. Six-Button Full Front

Triple-Needle Stitching at Major Seams
Triple-needle stitching is used at major areas exposed to repeated movement and pulling, including the shoulder seams, armholes, back-yoke seam, and side seams.
Three parallel rows of stitching reinforce the joined fabric sections, increasing the strength and stability of these seams during repeated wear and laundering. This is a practical construction method intended to reinforce areas that are regularly subjected to body movement and tension.
