This page provides information about shipping from our Japan domestic online store.

Shipping Area
This website ships within Japan only.
We are very sorry, but our Japan domestic online store does not offer international shipping.
If you would like your order shipped to an address outside Japan, please use our international online store.

Please also note that even for addresses within Japan, we may contact you after your order if the delivery address is outside the carrier’s service area, or if we determine that shipping to the specified address, facility, or location may be difficult.
Shipping Carrier
In most cases, orders are shipped by Yamato Transport.
However, depending on the order details, delivery area, package size, shipping conditions, or other circumstances, we may use another shipping carrier at our discretion.
We are very sorry, but customers cannot specify the shipping carrier. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Shipping Fee
We offer free shipping nationwide within Japan.
Before confirming your order, please make sure that your order details and shipping address are correct.
Shipping Time
After your order details have been confirmed, we usually ship within 1 to 3 business days, excluding store holidays. If you choose a prepaid payment method, shipping arrangements will begin after your payment has been confirmed.
During periods of high order volume, around store holidays, or due to bad weather, traffic conditions, carrier delays, or other unavoidable circumstances, it may take longer than usual for us to ship your order.
Even in such cases, we will carefully proceed with the shipping arrangements and do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
Estimated Delivery Time
The delivery time after shipment may vary depending on the delivery area and shipping conditions.
In most cases, delivery takes approximately 1 to 3 days after shipment. However, delivery to Hokkaido, Okinawa, remote islands, and certain other areas may take longer than usual.
Please also note that delivery may be delayed due to bad weather, traffic conditions, increased package volume at the carrier, year-end and New Year holidays, long holiday periods, or other circumstances.
Delivery Date and Time Requests
If delivery date and time selection is available, you may request it when placing your order.
If no delivery date or time is specified, we will usually arrange the shipment so that it can be delivered as soon as possible.
However, requested delivery dates and times, as well as the earliest possible delivery, are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to shipping conditions, weather, traffic, carrier circumstances, or other factors.
Shipping Arrangement Notification
After we have confirmed the item and completed packing, and after the shipping label has been created, we will send you a shipping arrangement notification by email.
This email will include the shipping carrier name and tracking number. Please use the tracking number in the email to check the delivery status.
Please note that at the time this shipping arrangement notification is sent, the package may still be waiting for carrier pickup, and the actual delivery status or tracking information may not be reflected immediately. In that case, please allow some time and check again later.
Incorrect Shipping Address
When placing your order, please make sure that your postal code, address, name, and telephone number are correct.
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, missing building name or room number, incorrect telephone number, or other address-related issue, we may not be able to accept responsibility for the delivery problem.
If you notice an error before the shipment is arranged, please contact us as soon as possible. If the package has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to correct the shipping information.
After the shipment has been arranged, whether the delivery address can be changed will depend on the shipping carrier’s rules and the delivery status.
Returned Packages Due to Long-Term Absence, Refused Delivery, or Address Issues
If a package is returned to us due to long-term absence, refused delivery, an incorrect or incomplete address, expiration of the carrier’s storage period, or similar reasons, the customer may be responsible for the shipping cost required for reshipment.
If the package is returned to us, we will review the order details and circumstances before determining how to proceed regarding the item price, shipping cost, and any related fees.
If you may have difficulty receiving your package, or if there are any special circumstances regarding delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation After Shipping Arrangements Have Been Completed or After Shipment
If shipping arrangements have already been completed, or if the item has already been shipped, we may not be able to accept the cancellation.
If you would like to return an item after shipping arrangements have been completed or after the item has been shipped, we will review the condition of the item and the timing of your contact in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before shipping arrangements are made.

After your package arrives, please check the contents as soon as possible.
