Payment Timing
For credit card payments and other online payment methods, payment is generally processed when the order procedure is completed.
Depending on the payment method, the billing date or withdrawal date may differ according to the terms of each payment service provider.
If you use a prepaid payment method, please complete payment by the deadline separately specified by our store or the payment service provider.
Delivery Time
After we confirm the order details and payment, we usually ship within 1 to 3 business days, excluding store holidays. If you use a prepaid payment method, shipping arrangements will begin after payment has been confirmed.
The estimated delivery time is usually approximately 1 to 7 business days after we confirm the order details and payment.
However, delivery may take longer than usual depending on the delivery area, remote islands or certain regions, weather, traffic conditions, carrier circumstances, year-end and New Year holidays, long holiday periods, busy seasons, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Shipping Method
In most cases, orders are shipped by Yamato Transport.
However, depending on the order details, delivery area, package size, shipping conditions, or other circumstances, we may use another shipping carrier at our discretion.
Customers cannot specify the shipping carrier. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Returns and Exchanges
Please check the item as soon as possible after it arrives.
If you wish to request a return or exchange for personal reasons, please contact us in advance within 7 days after receiving the item.
Returns and exchanges are generally accepted only for items that are unused, unwashed, tried on indoors only, and still include the original product tags, accessories, packaging, and other included items.
If you wish to exchange an item, we will accept the exchange only when exchangeable stock is available. If we are unable to prepare an exchange item, the request will be handled as a return.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- If more than 7 days have passed after receiving the item before contacting us
- Items that have been used
- Items that have been washed, cleaned, hemmed, repaired, altered, customized, or otherwise modified
- Items with missing or damaged product tags, accessories, packaging, or other included items
- Items with perfume, tobacco, pet, or other odors attached
- Items that have become soiled, damaged, scratched, or otherwise affected while in the customer’s possession
- Items clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Items that we determine are no longer in resalable condition
For returns or exchanges due to customer preference or convenience, the return shipping cost to our store is the responsibility of the customer.
When we ship an exchange item from our store to the customer, we will cover the shipping cost for that replacement shipment.
There is no specific shipping carrier requirement when returning an item for a return or exchange. However, to help prevent loss or misdelivery during transit, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
If a return is processed, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If the item you received has an initial defect, damage, or does not match the details of your order, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the item.
After confirming the details, we will respond appropriately, such as by arranging an exchange, return, or refund.
For returns or exchanges due to defective items, incorrect items, or other issues caused by our store, please contact us before returning the item.
After reviewing the details of your request, we will provide instructions regarding the return method, handling of shipping costs, and the method of exchange or refund.
If an item is returned before receiving our prior instructions, we may not be able to accommodate your preferred return method or shipping cost arrangement. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that product color, texture, fit, material feel, and measurements may vary slightly depending on the viewing environment, individual product differences, measurement method, and product characteristics. If such differences fall within the normal characteristics of the product, they may not be treated as defects eligible for return or exchange.
Sales Quantity
Sales quantity is based on the stock quantity or available quantity shown on each product page.
Depending on stock availability, we may be unable to provide an item after an order has been placed. In such cases, we will contact the customer as soon as possible.
Validity Period of Application
If you use a prepaid payment method, please complete payment by the deadline separately specified by our store or the payment service provider. If payment cannot be confirmed by the deadline, we may cancel the order.
If we contact you after your order regarding any matter requiring confirmation and do not receive a response by the deadline separately specified by our store, we may cancel the order.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been confirmed, please contact us as soon as possible.
If shipping arrangements have already been completed, or if the item has already been shipped, we may not be able to accept the cancellation.
